POWER OF COUNSELING
Counseling we all know about this word. Psychology is the psychological specialty that encompasses research and applied for work in
several broad domains: counseling process and outcome; supervision and
training; career development and counseling; and prevention and health.
According to the American Counselling Association, counseling is defined as,
"a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families,
and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career
goals." Counseling involves helping people make needed changes in ways of
thinking, feeling, and .emotion.
Counseling we need whenever we feel depression, stress, or
tension which affects our mental or psychological health .counselling helps us
to move out with depression, anxiety, fear, or stress. Various types of
counseling like child counseling, marriage counseling, work counseling,
education counseling. It helps in most of the situation.
Is the type of motivation? Sometimes some people when they
have any anxiety, fear, or depression they started watching the motivation
videos to fresh their mind but it helps for a short period of time. But
counseling takes time but they help you for a long time with good effect. In
life situations are came we cannot hold that situation it affects our mental
health. Counseling helps you to move out on these things
When we see any motivational speaker or listening to their
word it impacts on that time but after some time. We feel the same anxiety,
stress or fear .reality of life is very different for all people for some
people problems are big for people and the same problem will small for people.
We all have different aspects of thinking, emotions, creativity, and imagination.
Life is not easy or tough it depends on us how we make our
life easy or tough. We all have problems in our life but it depends on how we
tackle those problems or we come out with solutions to the problems .the best way
to come out of any difficulty or problem is positivity plays an important role
in our mind. We say what we think we become. Counseling helps us to create our
positivity powers .they will help us to come out with our problems through
counseling or medicines.
Nowadays few people are shying to visit or to meet with the
counselor they are mad of doctors they think themselves if they will go people
will say he or she is mad that’s why they need counseling. But these are
wrong. we there so many people are did suicide because they have no hope they
what society will think or say about them some people will criticize him or her
for their action or behavior. The general rule of thumb for the frequency of
sessions is once per week, especially in the beginning. Therapy requires a
concentrated effort consistently to realize the fullest benefits from the
therapeutic relationship - in other words, it takes work to get good results.
Counseling will give us believe hope. It changes our life.
The most thing is only a few are good with counseling.
